What do you sell?

We are famously known for our Cake in a Jar Party Boxes, we also sell custom ordered Birthday, Anniversary and Wedding Cakes as well as Cupcakes for all occasions.

Where are your products made?

Our baked products are homemade locally in Chichester, here in the UK.

How much notice do you need for a custom cake order?

For cake orders we need at least 2 weeks notice. For cupcakes its a weeks notice.

What is the dispatch timescale for Cake in a Jar Party Boxes?

For our Cake in Jar Party Boxes we ship 48 hours after order is placed.

How long do the cakes last?

Store in a tight sealed container and the cake can last for up to 1 week. 

Store in the fridge and will last for 2 weeks.

Can I freeze the cake?

Yes you can – with a butter cream cake: freeze for 1-2hrs until the butter cream is a bit hard, then remove it from the freezer and wrap it in cling wrap, you will then be able to freeze it for up to 3 months.

With a fondant cake you can cling wrap it immediately without pre-freezing.

Is delivery free?

Delivery is free for our Cake in a Jar Party Boxes within UK Mainland

From where are your products shipped?

Our products are shipped from within the UK.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number via email after dispatch.

When will I receive my Cake in a Jar Party Box order?

Your Cake in a Jar Party Box(es) will be dispatched 48 hours after you place your order, this is because our cakes are freshly baked from scratch every single time.

I haven't received my order yet, what do I do?

Within 1-2 working days after placing a successfully placed your order, you’ll receive a tracking number. If you have not received your Tracking Number, please contact us and we will look into this for you immediately.

If you haven’t received your order and you have a tracking number, we urge you to contact Royal Mail in the first instance. They will have more accurate information regarding the status of the delivery.

What are the payment options?

You can pay either by Credit or Debit card via our Stripe payment service.

Are my payments secure?

Yes – we use Stripe which is SSL Protected. All transactions are SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protected. PCI Compliant. Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1 which is the highest grade of payment processing security. Encrypted. All credit card numbers are encrypted and safely stored in Stripe’s state of the art Data-center.

Will I get confirmation of my order?

Yes – we will send you a confirmation email of your order details with a breakdown of all the important information included.

What information do you require from me when placing an order?

We mainly require your full name, your email address, delivery address and or billing address to process your order successfully.

What is your return policy?

Perishable good like food are not included in this policy.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at: with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
